Use

FitLine Basics: Mix the contents (one sachet) in approximately 2 dl of cold, non-carbonated water.
Recommended amount: (1 serving bag) daily.

FitLine Activise Oxyplus: Stir 1 scoop into 0.4 dl water. Can be mixed with Basics in the morning.

FitLine Restorate Citrus: Stir the contents (6.7 g) into 2.5 dl of non-carbonated water and stir until the product has completely dissolved.

Recommended amount: One serving (1 sachet) daily
