Use

Mix 3 scoops (6.7 g) of powder in approximately 250 ml of water (non-carbonated) once daily. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. Drink in small sips immediately after preparation. Ideally in the evening. Do not take with meals. For optimal absorption, drink at least 1 hour before or after meals.

Experiences

I started with Restorate and Activize. Suddenly I felt fit and full of energy, no longer constantly tired (which had been the case for the last three years - no other products helped). Then I also started using Basics and Q10. I can only say that nothing better could have happened to me than the FitLine products, as I have become a new person since the start.
